Return Policy

General

We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days from receiving of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note that all items are hand made with lots of care and attention, please allow small imperfections due to the nature of handmade work and the use of natural stones.

Items that can be returned

• Damaged items.
• Items received within the last 14 days.
• Items shipped back within 30 days from its delivery.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
• and in its' original condition and packaging.

Items that can not be returned

Due of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we will not be able to accept returns.

• In case of return, shipping costs will be bared by the customer.
• In order to return or exchange an item, contact us at hadas@hadas-shaham.com, please make sure the details of the purchase order including the order ID are mentioned as part of the email.
• Refund will be settled 48 hours after the item is received back.
